What You'll Do

🎯 Perform routine clinical manufacturing operations at the Norton Manufacturing Facility, ensuring safe, efficient and cGMP-compliant operations at all times

🔧 Operate production equipment in the areas of weigh/dispense, solution preparation, equipment CIP/COP and small parts cleaning, and materials stocking in manufacturing suites

📈 Operate production equipment according to SOPs for the production of clinical products

🤝 Requires interaction with support groups (Facilities, QC, QA, Materials Management, EHS) to ensure accurate completion of activities

📝 Document production data and report discrepancies

What We're Looking For

✅ HS diploma with 3 years industry experience/ Associate’s degree with 1 year industry experience /BS degree with less than 1 year industry experience

✅ GMP experience; Manufacturing background (biotech not required); Quality Assurance within biotech, biopharma, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry preferably

✅ MS Office Suite; DeltaV / process automation systems PLUS

✅ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; Strong attention to detail

✅ Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus
