Position Description
POSITION: Delivery Dispatcher
DEPARTMENT: Delivery Operations
REPORTS TO: Client Support Manager
FLSA: Non-Exempt

The Delivery Dispatcher will provide daily support to our customers and delivery fleet. They will be responsible for tracking our delivery teams and making sure that product is delivered to our customers in a proper, safe, and timely manner. They will also need to work with other departments to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 year’s customer service experience with a focus on situation resolution and customer relationship building. Candidate must have a pleasant demeanor and professional image and the ability to excel in a team environment.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist both customers and internal staff with delivery operation needs
- Resolution of customer issues regarding appliance & service
- Scheduling for delivery, technical and installation teams
- Inbound & outbound calls and emails responding to technical and sales inquiries
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Post secondary education preferred
- Must be a team player
- Self-motivated and with ability to multi-task in a team atmosphere
- PC literate in Microsoft Office applications Excel and Outlook
- Call center experience required
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Listening, analytical and reasoning skills
- Empathy, diplomacy and de-escalation skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Saturday work schedule required
- Must consent to a criminal background screening
Schedule
- Monday through Friday 8am-430pm in office during training period.
- Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5pm with rotating Saturday.
- Hybrid schedule with both in person and remote days after training period has been completed.
