Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Manager located in Norton, Mass The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's collections process, managing a team of collections professionals, developing and implementing strategies to improve collection rates, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role involves working closely with the finance team to identify and address overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans with customers, and preparing regular reports on collections activities.

Qualifications

Experience in managing a collections team and developing collections strategies
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to collections
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using collections software and financial reporting tools
Ability to work on-site in Norton, MA
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the food service or distribution industry is a plus
